Wigan Athletic hope to move away from relegation trouble with a win over bottom club Portsmouth whose relegation was sealed at the weekend.
Local bragging rights are at stake when Tottenham Hotspur do battle with Arsenal in the North London derby.
While elsewhere in the Barclays Premier League, Aston Villa play host to Everton at Villa Park.
Aston Villa v Everton
Seventh-placed Aston Villa meet Everton, who are in eighth, with both teams experiencing differing form of late.
Everton are unbeaten in their last six outings, while Villa have drawn five of their last six home matches.
Villa’s recent form has ended their aspirations of finishing in fourth for the final Champions League spot but can still aim for the Europa League berth.
Wigan v Portsmouth
Portsmouth are now playing for pride after they were officially relegated on Saturday following West Ham United’s win over Sunderland.
They triumphed 4-0 against Wigan Athletic earlier in the campaign and reaching the FA Cup Final after Sunday’s win over Tottenham will provide a welcome boost.
Wigan sit just one place and four points above the relegation zone and will be desperate for a win that would see them extend that buffer.
Tottenham v Arsenal
Maximum points is vital for both sides in the North London derby at White Hart Lane. Third-placed Arsenal need three points to keep their title hopes alive, while Spurs are in fifth and have their eyes on finishing up in the fourth Champions League place.
Arsenal were comfortable winners the last time the sides met with a 3-0 victory after two goals from Robin van Persie and one from Cesc Fabregas.
Tottenham, who suffered a shock FA Cup semi-final exit to Portsmouth on Sunday, have a good home record losing just three times on their own turf this season.
