Tottenham Hotspur will qualify for the Champions League with a victory over Manchester City at Eastlands.
A win for City will put them in the driving seat going into the final match of the season.
In Wednesday’s other match, Fulham entertain Stoke City.
Fulham v Stoke City
Despite a late rally, Fulham lost 3-2 to Stoke City in the reverse fixture in January.
Stoke trail Fulham by just two points, knowing a win would see them leapfrog their opponents into 11th place.
The Cottagers will be looking to finish strongly in the Barclays Premier League before their Europa League final against Atletico Madrid next Wednesday.
Stoke were in west London just a week-and-a-half ago and were left licking their wounds after a 7-0 defeat to Chelsea.
Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur
Spurs are a point ahead of City, with two matches remaining so a win here will guarantee them fourth place. However, a home victory will mean City can make sure of fourth with a win at West Ham United on Sunday.
A draw would be a pleasing result for Spurs as it would mean victory at Burnley on the final day will secure fourth.
City were outclassed 3-0 at White Hart Lane earlier in the season, with the result contributing to the sacking of manager Mark Hughes.
The objective at the beginning of the season was Champions League football, and Roberto Mancini is very close to delivering after just one defeat in the last six matches.
